Refund and Return Policy

Our policy is a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

For several types of goods, returns are excluded. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items for which returns are excluded:
* Gift vouchers
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

For returns purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to causes beyond our control.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or unpaid refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There are often processing times for posting a refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at info@argosboutiquepet.com and ship the item to the following address: Via Capo Palinuro, 19 96100 Siracusa Italia Italia.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to deliver in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping
To make a return, send the product to the following address: Via Capo Palinuro, 19 96100 Siracusa Italia Italia.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to arrive may vary.

If you need to ship an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
